Checked by a professional repair technician (Miklós Szilágyi, Szigetszentiklós). This instrument stands out for its exceptional accuracy in both tuning and response. It offers a rich, full, and characterful sound, enabling a particularly versatile tone.
Since its introduction in 1999, the instrument’s innovative design — including features like small pads used to reduce soldered surfaces on the body — helps to naturally enhance its resonance. The system patented by Henri Selmer Paris ensures perfect tuning between middle and high C#, resulting in an especially open and bright upper register with a unique, brilliant tone color. The bell’s geometric design provides an alternative in both intonation and sound compared to earlier models.
The instrument is made of brass with an elegant black and gold lacquer finish, which is not only visually striking but also ensures a durable surface. The leather pads are equipped with metal resonators, producing an even more precise and richer sound.
The saxophone comes with a sturdy hard case for safe transport.
